WHAT TO DO BEFORE DELIVERY
Have all your hook up accessories ready. Keyesbury can supply all necessary accessories if needed. Ask your salesperson for assistance. Important to note. In order ensure your complete satisfaction, our experts are not authorized to install your appliances using old hoses or vent pipes.
- Have you measured the area where the appliance is to be installed, and the path leading to it, including doorways?
- Do you need to remove any doors, doorframes, stair railings, or anything else that might obstruct the delivery of your appliance? It is your responsibility to remove any doors , stair railings before delivery our drivers cannot do this.
- Did you disconnect your old appliance and make sure it’s ready to be picked up?
- If your appliances run on natural gas, you will need the services of a professional to complete disconnect and the installation, at your expense. Does your kitchen adhere to the regulations for gas in your local municipality? Ask us for assistance if needed.
- If you are buying a used , uncrated or scratch and dent appliance. Be aware these appliances will be delivered AS IS
DAY OF DELIVERY
- Create a clear path by removing all obstacles.
- Make sure an adult (18 years or older) is present to accept the delivery.
- Inspect your appliance as soon as it’s delivered.
- Make sure to point out any defect or damage to our delivery personnel. If you see any damage, you have the option to refuse the delivery. Please call 613-257-8100 ext 300 prior to installation of your appliance.
- Please provide an alternate contact phone number for the day of delivery.
*All damages or defects must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours after delivery.
- Our delivery personnel will arrive on the scheduled date within the four hour timeframe confirmed previously.
- Our delivery personnel will take all steps necessary to protect your home.
- Your appliance will be unpacked and installed (certain conditions apply). Packing materials and all other waste will be collected by our team.
- Please be aware that if your appliance does not fit and you have provided measurements Appliance Advantage is not liable for this. It is your responsibility to ensure measurements are correct. In the event the appliance does not fit there may be up to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Gas appliances must be connected by a professional at your expense
- removal in the basis of one appliance taken away for every appliance purchased
- existing dishwasher must be disconnected to be eligible for used appliance pickup.
- Pick up of existing dishwasher may not take place on the day of delivery.
- If you have booked an installation please note installation does not take place the same day of delivery. Installers will be booked the first available date after your appliance has been delivered.

- If you have purchased a used appliance and find it doesn’t work within 15 days , you can return it for an in store credit. We retain the right to charge a fee for pick up. Terms Apply.
- If you have purchased an Extended Warranty Service Plan and your appliance needs repair while under your extended warranty, please contact Comereco Services Inc and they will assist you. Comereco 1-450-682-9900
- You will have a 1 year manufacturers warranty with your appliance(s). If you have not chosen to purchase an Extended Warranty Service Plan you may add one within the first year of ownership. Contact your sales representative to look after this for you.
- In the event your appliance needs repair in the first year under warranty please reach out to the manufacturer of your appliance(s). They will select an authorized appliance repair person for your region.
